Achievements and Experience

Key Grip / Gaffer

Handled on set lighting and rigging for feature film "Erins Guide to Kissing Girls", independent recording artist Cassie Dasilva's music video "I Don't Trust Anyone Anymore", Posey's music video "Multiply", Emily Rose's music video "Holy Father", Lucid Vibe App Commercial, Nude & Crude powder soap commercial, short film "Share" and has 4 years in practical and theoretical on set training in lighting and special effects.

Assistant Editor

Assistant editor for approved dramedy series Virgins! demo to submit to the Independent Producers Fund (IPF) for their production financing program for web series.

Responsible for large data file transfers between several major post production roles, communication between editor(s), colourist and director roles and providing needed files in an organized and timely matter.

Photographer

Freelance photographer that has captured events, team headshots, and creative photosets. Has most recently shot and directed a photoset for local independent clothing designer SCY by Julius. Utilizing medium format film and directing a cast of models to promote his newest Paisley v1- v3 shirt release.

Colourist

Completed colour grading word for Sophia Smiths web-series, Hi, This is Uber, ODTO's Popstar Dance Parody and independent recording artist Sakako's music video Lost In Translation. Has theoretical and practical training in colour theory and television display.

BTS videographer / Set photographer

BTS videographer and on set photographer for OVO sound music video Like Pascal by Roy Woods. Responsible for capturing footage and photos used throughout the music video, outfit decisions for models and assisting the DoP in lighting and staging scenes.

Creative Lead

Lead team member for short film Ripen, Creative Lead handles all art aspects of the film. Responsible for obtaining materials for set dressing, wardrobe, props. Creating a visual mood-board and creating / posting content onto our social media to promote and fund our project.

Art Assistant

Assistant to the Production / Costume Designer on feature length horror film Motherly. Responsible for placement of set pieces, aging props, creating several on screen prop cakes, and creating false barriers to cover reflections and doors (fake wall, fake windows). Role also included scouting wardrobe pieces, dulling prop weapons and transporting large set items.

Art Assistant

Assistant to the Production Designer for Hallmark movie, Unperfect Christmas Wish. Responsible for placement of set pieces, organizing props in truck, hanging practical lights, and turning an abandoned school into a lively performance. Role also included heavy lifting, and finding quick alternatives for props that did not work in the shot.

DMT Assistant

Assistant to the Digital/Data Management Technician on CBC's Kims Convenience. Ran file storage devices between camera department and DMT for loading and kept track of data organization for the day as the files get loaded and cleared onto the main hard drives. Observed on set colour grading as files have been loaded to the system after shooting.
